I shave everything. I feel more comfortable this way... Although hair is there to protect the area. The skin is very sensitive, so be careful not to cut and make sure the wax in the salon has been changed.... this is why I do it myself.
hm..i heard most women shave or get it waxed some just leave it there...its a personal choice

Well it all depends on the person. Meaning that I am the one that can shave anything of because it causes a skin condition. It depends on the lover that you are with as well. Some men don't care, some men would like you to not have anything down there. When I didn't have a problem with getting irriated skin I live to just have that little strip. Fun Fun!
Waxing hurts, but I do it anyway. It just depends on what you want to do. Some girls shave, but if you want it smoother, longer, wax.
It is really up to you. During the summer it may be neater to trim or shave so it doesn't hang out of a bathing suit. During winter you may want to keep things warm :).
I personally started shaving pretty early. Sometimes I will style it like a mohawk!
