Help again please?
hello, i posted a problem about 3 weeks ago about a cyst that has grown 11cm on my ovaries, hospital sent me home and said they would contact me in a month about the cyst to see if had gone as it had burst!, since then i have bled lots! i was on my periods 6 times in Feb and now again in March just wanted to know if this had anything with the cyst coming out of me?
Answer:
It's not normal.
I had a large orange sized cyst on my ovaries burst whilst 3 months pregnant.
I had no bleeding whatsoever, just some discomfort when it happened.
You really need to see your doctor, as that amount of blood loss can be really dangerous. It plays havoc with your iron levels.. that can ultimately be life threatening.
During puberty I had cysts that were the size of grapefruits.
I felt major pain when they popped, there was no change in my menstrual cycle.
I would suggest you make an appointment with a specialist, your bleeding all month long is not normal.
Good Luck.
first off you need to see your Dr ASAP!!! When a cyst burst you shouldn't bleed like that. If you don't think your Dr is telling you the right info than you need to see another Dr but get it taken care of fast...all bleeding can turn into more problems

Hello please answer!!!?
Why do i have lines under my eyes!! im 13! how do i get rid of them!
Answer:
It's certainly important to sleep more as 8 hours sleep is the normal requirement. However, sometimes you can end up being more tired if you sleep too much. Even if you do have enough sleep, i believe its better to sleep early and so you don't end up waking up very late in the afternoon.
Eating more fruits are also very good for you. I've heard that Mangoes and Watermelon are very good for your skin. With watermelons, you can rub the leftover on the skin on your face and that may help reduce the lines under your eyes. It can also help moisterize skin even if it's not dry. Hope you find this useful.
SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
Because you're human and that happens? Are you a big'un? Got lots of extra flesh? Not sleeping? Do you parents have lines? Is it just dirt in need of a good washin'?
Take vitamins, eat more fruits and vegetables and make sure that you get 8 hours of sleep.
Go to sleep earlier. Children should get between 8-10 hours of sleep a night for good health.
Apply warm teabags under your eyes for 15-20 minutes then remove and wash your face with warm water. This gets rid of bags and eye circles.
Also, drink lots of fruit and veg to flush your system out and keep your skin fresh also gentle exercise always makes you have fresh skin
first and best is at least 8 hours sleep. and not just once... then of course you can let other peoples opinion bully you into buying expensive anti- wrinkling cream or something... I think old people are often beautiful because of the lines in their face, Lady, trust me; if your eyes are not falling out, then you are probably beautiful and the lines under your eyes make you You!!! I advise you to look closely at other peoples faces... all different... all kinds of lines...
"josephine y" is right on. As far as sleep, the "type" of sleep you get is as important as how much or how little you get. If you sleep for 10 hrs, but wake up frequently or toss and turn most of the time, then the quality of the sleep is greatly diminished. If you sleep for 6-7 hours, and you are sound asleep, no tossing/turning/waking up, then that will be equal to getting the suggested amount of sleep.
The best way to tell if your sleep is high-quality or not is by answering a few Q's: How you feel when you wake up...do you feel "refreshed" and wide awake? When you go to bed, are you truly ready to fall asleep? Do you fall asleep quickly? If the answer to these Q's is "yes", then your getting quality sleep. However, if the following is true: Do you feel still tired or groggy? Do you snore loudly when your asleep (snoring is linked to poor sleep)? Does it seem to take you "forever" to fall asleep? then your sleep quality is poor.
The body is better able to replenish itself when its had adequate rest, not only will the lines diminish or disappear, but you will feel happier, be more alert, have more energy, and in general, be healthier.

Hello I seem to have a problem?
I am a girl but I seem to have a little extra equipment in a certain area do you know what is wrong with me?
Answer:
You're a freak and you're doomed to live a life where the only person who will do you is yourself
(yes, I'm KIDDING)
If you honestly had this problem, you would be very aware of what this is because you'd have to manage it since birth. Besides, your parents probably would've had procedures done to remove the extra. Don't waste people's time.
Sounds like too much junk in the trunk.
its impossible to say with so little detail, go see a doctor, and soon!

Heellllpppppp i need an urgent answer?
it`s my first time to use a contrceptive pill.i was advised to stop in the 2nd week for pill break and it`s my 4th day of the pill break when my period turned up again today!what should i do?just follow the instruction and not panic?cnt go to my obgyne she`s too expensive so......
or should i take the pill now i mean the break ones?
Answer:
a lot of women have spotting when they start the pill. Keep taking them and follow the doctor's directions. If anything comes up that concerns or confuses you, however, be sure to call your doctor, that's what s/he is there for!
keep taking it that's normal
it's normal when using the pill that you bleed in the pill break or while you are taking the hormone free pills(also called sugar pill or placebo pill). it usually the second up to the 7th day during the break you started bleeding, so it's quite normal that you bleed on the 4th day. i always started bleeding on my 4th or 5th day of my placebo pills. just continue taking your pills, follow the instructions with your pill.

Heavy Periods?
i usually get warning that my period is on its way this month it just suddenly appeared and it is very heavy and painful any ideas why the change all of a sudden? I have polysystic ovary syndrome.
Answer:
I have pcos aswell and I used to suffer with this a lot when I was a lot heavier. I also got terrible mood swings
This is because of the hormonal imbalance that is associated with pcos and the cysts can also cause pain as it makes the symptoms worse.
If you are overweight it it might make this happen more often.
I have since lost weight over the last year and my periods are now less painfull and a lot lighter. The mood swings have got better aswell.
You might find the next period is different as this used to happen aswell but mostly I was really suffering each time that they did arive and I couldn't do my normal daily things.
I'm now more able to get on with things now that they are lighter and less painfull.
If you are worried go and have a word with your gp and he could give you something to ease the symptoms
it could be a number of things... one you could have had a cycst rupture or you could have been pregnant and not known about it and had a misscariage .... none the less you need to go see your doctor right away if this has never happened before.
Hi Julia,
Don't worry luv, u might be surprised to find what stress can do alone. Also keep an eye on fluid intake especially around this time and try taking supplements like fish oils as they help with state of mind during this time we all feel quite down and depressed during or b4 periods and I have found this really helps me.Go to your GP.xx

Heavy Period :/ any helpful suggestions?
ok so my period started when I was in 5th grade and I'm in 7th grade now. it was SO heavy when it started and still is now. i thought that it was supposed to get better after a couple years but I've sensed no improvement. It's so embarrassing. I'm always afraid I'm going to "leak" in public. Many of the girls in my class haven't had there "wonderful" monthly experience so it freaks them out a lot so there's no way i could ask their advice. Even so, like I said before it's just embarrassing. Is it still early for me to be hoping for things to naturally lighten up? Is the solution just to wait it out for a few more years and just hope for the best?
Answer:
There are many reasons for heavy periods and they can be difficult to deal with. Tell your mom about the problem. You are a little young to go on the pill and your own hormones still need to settle down. But it might be a good idea to see the doctor to find out if there is a physical problem that can be easily fixed.
In the mean time don't take asprin or advil. These thin your blood a bit and can make periods longer and heavier.
Wear a tampon with a pad to prevent the likelihood of leaks. Always change the tampon frequently and use the least absorbent one you can (to avoid toxic shock syndrome). Many brands sell a box with a range of absorbencies now so you can better match your flow.
I've been there, 10 day periods with 2 days of bad cramps and 5 days of heavy flow. You can manage. It does get better but it may be a while. That is why you should talk to a doc.
Also find out how your mom's periods were. We tend to have patterns that are similar to our mother's periods. That may give you some idea what to expect.
Good Luck
Go see an OB/GYN and ask his/her sugg. They will probably suggest birth control pills which form experience work well with lightening heavy periods.
I had the same problem, I started my period a lot earlier than other girls. They were really heavy and very painful, and over the years they didn't seem to be getting any better. Now, however, my periods are MUCH less painful and are considerably lighter. So I'd say just hang on in there for a couple more years, and hopefully they will get better!
maybe your underweight, but im no doctor, so go see a doctor and tell them what u put on here maybe not all of it but u get the idea
Talk to your school nurse, Mom or gynecologist. Heavy periods that bad may indicate a problem. These people can direct you which way to go.
Ok. I was 13 years old when I started my period. It started getting heavy around the 2nd or 3rd day. Now I am 21, when I was 15 I went to see a doctor and i found out I had polycystic ovarian disease. (AKA Cysts on your ovaries) They put me on birth control and it made my cysts go away and my periods about 4 days long and made my periods much lighter. But seriously, go see a doctor or a gynecologist. He will be able to help you. I hope this helps and good luck!!!
dont worry....everyone has their time....it will surely lighten up!!
